10 soak off foils – 100ml soak off solution – nail file – wood cuticle pusher to scrape off gel  – cuticle oil – 20 nail wipes – calcium basecoat – fast dry topcoat – cuticle oil – 100ml acetone free polish remover – 2 x free mini nail polish

File the top of your gel gently to break the seal so they soak off easier and quicker (optional)

Soak the pad (be generous) of the nail foil with soak off solution and wrap nails for 15 minutes.

Remove 1 foil at a time and use the wooden pusher to scrape off your gel.

If it doesn’t all come off, put the foil back on and then go to the next nail.

Repeat process until it all comes off.

If your gel doesn’t all come off and there are clear uneven looking bits still on the nail, you can use the pink buffing block to gently smooth them. You don’t need to worry about getting every last bit off, as it can grow out no problem.

Wash and dry your nails thoroughly and paint on the calcium base coat.

After around 2 minutes, it will be dry enough for you to paint them (nail polish & then apply fast dry topcoat) or just apply cuticle oil to your cuticles.

You can paint the calcium base coat to your nails every 5-7 days. If or when nails start looking tatty, you can use the acetone free remover to take it off and re apply again.
